The state-of-the-art Ickert Dental Implant Centre is located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. The facility was completed in late 2008 and is home to the Ickert Dental Implant Centre as well as the Ickert Teaching Centre. It is led by Dr. Norman W. Ickert and his team of dedicated Clinical Partners.
There is no doubt that the technological tools available today greatly increase the ability to make an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan for our patients in a non-invasive manner. Although the success of treatment depends primarily on sound diagnosis and treatment planning principles, it can be complemented with the use of today's advanced technology. Furthermore, the use of this amazing technology not only expedites treatment, but also improves the predictability of the treatment itself. The ability to see the world, radiographically in 3-D, is something that has truly revolutionized our profession and is a tremendous asset to successful treatment. The ability to have access to this technology within the clinic greatly enhances our patient's treatment results.

APPOINTMENTS: Our office is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with the occasional Friday for your convenience (dependant on Dr. Ickert’s teaching schedule). We are pleased to schedule a time which is specifically reserved for your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: When patients give the clinic advanced notice of their need to re-schedule a reserved appointment, this valuable time can be allocated to other patients, in need of urgent treatment. This courtesy allows the needs of all our patients to be best served. We kindly request 48 hours of notice for any scheduling changes that you may require.
DENTAL INSURANCE & PAYMENT POLICY: Since dental insurance is a direct relationship between the patient and the insurance carrier, we do not accept third party insurance assignment of benefits. Our office will deal directly with you. Having said this, we will be glad to assist you in the pre-determination of benefits and submission of your dental claims. Financial arrangements will be made with our financial consultant, Charene. Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, Cash or Cheque will be accepted. Since coverage varies among different dental insurance policies, we will provide you with written estimates to ensure complete financial clarity. You will always have full control and will be informed prior to any changes to your treatment plan.
Dr. Norman W. Ickert completed general dental training at Vancouver’s University of British Columbia in 1982. His practice focuses exclusively on surgical, restorative, reconstructive, and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Ickert is passionate about continuing education and has the privilege of continuously training and associating with the most respected experts in the field, both nationally and internationally. He promotes excellence in dentistry by actively participating in a number of dental and dental implant organizations. Dr. Ickert is a Mentor, Clinical Instructor, and a former Advisory Board Member at the internationally acclaimed Kois Center, in Seattle, Washington. He also has his IPS Mastership Certificate from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Ickert also belongs to a number of other dental organizations.
Dr. Ickert is supported clinically by highly educated certified dental personnel, experienced and trained in Implantology, Advanced Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Functional Occlusion, Aesthetics, Prosthodontics, Oral sedation, 3-D Radiographic Imaging, as well as both hard and soft tissue grafting. All of Dr. Ickert’s Clinical Partners at the Ickert Dental Implant Centre assist in the education of dentists from around the world who attend the comprehensive teaching courses at the Ickert Teaching Centre.
